Great stay over the New Year's Eve! Good prices for the quality received. The food was varied and delicious, with a good range of meat and vegetarian dishes. The location is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of nightlife, as it is very close to the center of town and shops & restaurants. The pool is heated and offers a great view! I can't wait to go back!

The rooms need some renovation as some of the furniture looks tired. The main reception desk is quite busy and it takes a long time to get service from them.

This hotel is a great option for those looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty of food options. The Italian and Cypriot restaurants are particularly noteworthy, and the beach is located right on the coast. Guests can easily access the hotel by taxi from the harbour and avoid the overcrowded buses from the travel agents. Room amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a well-functioning air conditioning system are additional perks.

Although the cleaning of the rooms could be better, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The free hot chocolate and marshmallows in the lobby were a nice touch, and the view from our room was great! It was also convenient that the beach and shopping area were within walking distance.

Our Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel was a disappointment. The food was cold, and the service was slow and uninterested.

The hotel manager, Mr. Charalambous, and his friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were extremely professional and always went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from each day. I particularly enjoyed the Greek band and dancers who entertained guests in the evenings, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was situated on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, away from the clubs and noise, but still easily accessible to the town's attractions. The hotel beach was also a highlight, offering a beautiful and serene place to relax and unwind. I had a fabulous and memorable experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the transportation facilities were seamless from the airport up to the place. The breakfast had a great variety of options. Also, the hotel's location in the bars and restaurants was perfect for evening strolls.

Fantastic Holiday

I recently returned from a fantastic 11-night stay at a hotel in a prime location. The room I stayed in was spacious, modern, and had all the luxurious amenities I could ask for. I loved the splash pool view from my room on the 4th floor of block 8.

This hotel had a great pool area with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The beach was also conveniently located just a short walk from the hotel, allowing for easy access to the sea. the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The food options at this hotel were quite limited. The buffet only offered a small selection of dishes, and the quality was not up to par.

This hotel provided an unforgettable luxurious experience. The outdoor pool and sun terrace offered breathtaking views. The Spa center was a perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation. A massage here helped to release stress and tension. The seasonal outdoor pool was also very pleasant and sun loungers were always available. The restaurant was amazing, with an extensive menu and a variety of special diet menus available.

The only minor issue I encountered was a lack of beach umbrellas. The beach was clean and offered direct access, but without umbrellas, it was challenging to stay in the sun for long periods.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with a beautiful beach and pool area. The staff treated us like family, except for a couple of grumpy ones, and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. The spa was a highlight, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch.
